Tools33 provides a collection of free, browser-based productivity tools including but not limited to:

• Text formatting and manipulation tools (Case Converter, Word Counter, Lorem Ipsum Generator, etc.)
• PDF tools (Merge PDF, Split PDF, Compress PDF, Rotate PDF, etc.)
• Design and image tools (Image Resizer, Image Compressor, Color Picker, Image to WebP, etc.)
• QR Code tools (QR Code Generator, QR Code Scanner)
• Calculator and math tools (BMI Calculator, Age Calculator, Unit Converter, etc.)
• Developer tools (Hash Generator, JSON Formatter, URL Encoder, UUID Generator, Password Generator)

The majority of our tools operate entirely within your web browser (client-side), meaning your files and data never leave your device. The Service is provided free of charge, with costs offset by advertising.

3. Eligibility

Tools33 is available to users of all ages. However, by using services that display personalized advertising from Google AdSense, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age, or that a parent or legal guardian has consented to your use of the Service in accordance with applicable law.

Users in the European Economic Area (EEA) represent that they are at least 16 years of age, or have obtained verifiable parental consent, for any data processing associated with advertising.

• Claiming ownership of any tool output generated by our Service.

Any text, files, or data you input into our tools remains entirely your own. Tools33 does not claim any ownership over the content you create or process using our tools. As most tools are client-side, we never receive your content to begin with.

6. User-Generated Content and Uploaded Files

When you use Tools33 tools, you may upload files, paste text, or input data. By doing so, you represent and warrant that:

• You own all rights to the content you upload, or have obtained all necessary permissions.
• The content does not violate any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• The content is not illegal or otherwise prohibited by these Terms.

Tools33 is not responsible for the content you upload or process. For client-side tools, your content never reaches our servers. For any server-side processing, uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted within 1 hour after processing is complete.

7. Advertising

Tools33 is a free service supported by display advertising provided by Google AdSense. By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Advertisements will be displayed throughout the website.
• Google AdSense may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve personalized ads based on your browsing history. You can review Google's Privacy Policy and manage your preferences at adssettings.google.com.
• You will not use ad-blocking software while using our Service, as advertising is essential to keeping Tools33 free for everyone.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the previous twelve (12) months (which, since our service is free, would be $0).
